    "Digital Branch" for norisbank

    Challenge

    The norisbank from Berlin, a daughter company of Deutsche Bank, decided to close its branch network and wanted to newly position its brand as a pure online bank. The goal was to build the online channel further and create a "digital branch" for the customer.

    Solution

    In the first step, triplesense deployed the creative implementation of the new positioning as online bank. Here, the corporate identity of the Rebrush was created and the layout for the new website was developed. Different advertising material for each product such as the check account, top credit, construction financing or deposits were created.

    At norisbank.de, customers can run their bank errands comfortably and around the clock. The customers benefit from the improved user guidance and better overview as well as comprehensibility. In addition to the online channel, the norisbank is available for its customers 24 hours, 7 days a week by telephone as well as through the customer portal at Deutsche Bank.

    Conclusion

    Successful positioning as online bank: The norisbank offers its customers a new "digital branch". The newly designed website set new standards in terms of use and quick comprehensibility.
