Digital Service Design
For almost 20 years, we have been designing and developing digital services in response to complex challenges along the entire customer journey.
The result, for example, is a contemporary shopping experience that networks stationary, direct and online retail. A digital space that brings experts together and makes new mobility concepts tangible. Or simply a website with CMS.
Sometimes we work with our customers to develop a completely new service that gets packages from A to B faster. We are particularly happy to join our clients in the pursuit of digital innovation that can transform their business model.

We take strict care that the user is always at the centre of our considerations. Therefore we even travel around the world and observe your users. Our solutions should simplify people’s lives and make them a little better. Because we believe that those companies will be most successful in the market that offer added value through relevance and problem solving.
We rely on a set of methods comprising Service Design Thinking, Lean UX and Agile Development and prefer to work cooperatively with our customers. Technologically, we feel just as comfortable with open source as with proprietary software. You can find out more about this under Services.
