Fresenius Medical Care, the world’s leading provider of products and services for patients with chronic kidney failure, aimed to create the first global point of contact for dialysis patients, their families, healthcare professionals and investors. Improved presentation and target group-specific content were to optimize the brand experience.
Triplesense Reply created the concept for the service portal, which presents emotional stories and facts about dialysis. A joint usability test with the Frankfurt Center for Kidney and Hypertension Diseases (CfNH) and remotely with test persons from Asia and the USA accompanied the start of the project. The Customer Journey is optimized for the target groups of medical professionals, patients and their families, investors, potential employees and the press. The platform is divided into two areas: emotional stories and facts. Depending on their interests, users can choose between these two perspectives at any time. This results in personal target group entries and individual customer journeys. A creative combination of sticky-navigation and off-canvas menu supports this user experience technically – across end devices.
The dialysis portal provides patients with comprehensive information about possible treatments and therapies. Patients can search for suitable clinics worldwide using the clinic finder. For medical professionals, the platform offers access to detailed and graphically prepared information on products and services, supplemented by relevant study results. Investors get convenient access to the most important news, events, interactive charts and tools with real-time data. The design impresses with emotionality, generosity and user-friendliness.
