HIMA Corporate Portal

Special competence, worldwide presence

Industrial Safety has a name: HIMA stands for special competence in industrial safety. In order to demonstrate the company’s performance and customer focus online, the company relies on a smart responsive website from Triplesense Reply.

Challenge

Manufacturing industrial safety for leading technology groups is a task for proven specialists. Visibly and perceptibly demonstrating this competence on the company website requires a well thought-out concept and convincing functions. As part of the comprehensive digitalization strategy, a modern global website was to be created as a central point of contact for all relevant target groups.

Solution

The new global Digital presence from HIMA replaces the previous regional and country websites with a uniform framework that closely links the 15 markets via a simple mechanism. Right from the start of the project, UX and technical architects kept an eye on the planned roll-out in the countries and regions, and built in the necessary flexibility in structure, module library and CMS to be able to integrate different content as easily as possible.

At the heart of the new website are detailed contents in the “Industries & Solutions” section. On the basis of real applications for the most important industries, interested parties can find out on long pages how the safety expert HIMA makes operating processes and plants safer. Once visitors have recognised the relevance of the solutions, they can contact HIMA directly or keep up to date with the latest news via newsletter.

On the basis of a technically sustainable infrastructure (CMS + Co.), users benefit from numerous other services: Participants can register directly online for desired seminars, which are easily accessible via categories and filters. After registration, the download area displays suitable personalised content that originates directly from the customer’s document management system.

The generously proportioned and brand-compliant new website also serves as a digital communication platform for customers, employees and applicants. The HR area, which has also been redesigned, presents future colleagues, exciting jobs and helpful tips for job applications. And if visitors are looking for events, products or contacts, the improved search function will get them to their destination quickly.
