    Who we are. Our History.

    Since 1999 we have been working as a digital full service agency in Frankfurt and developing solutions for complex tasks of the digital world.

    Time travel – from 1999 to today

    2014: Starting out as Triplesense Reply

    With our 70 employees and as part of the international operating corporate group Reply, we offer our clients digital solutions from brand experience to digital commerce, web portals to internet of things, and user experience to business consulting. The BVDW Internet Agency Ranking placed 13th as digital pioneer. Now, we take part with Reply - the digital experience.

    Selected Clients and Projects for 2014

    ThyssenKrupp Elevator

    In order to promote sustainable concepts for 'smart cities', ThyssenKruppElevator conceived and developed the international platform 'URBAN HUB' jointly with us. We are responsible for the content strategy, the UX concept, the responsive design of the platform as well as for the technical realisation based on WordPress.

    Dr. Beckmann

    As the lead digital agency for Dr. Beckmann, Triplesense Reply conceptualized and recreated the web portal of the cleaning specialist – and developed a uniform brand experience for all devices.

    New Clients

    Gaining new clients against competing agencies: ThyssenKrupp, the leading elevator specialists in the world, Paul Mitchell, a U.S. cult brand for hairstylists-exclusive hair cosmetics and MAGIX, an international provider of multimedia software. Furthermore, we won two leading companies in the health care and energy industries. Their product solutions will go live in 2015.


    For our long-term client, we realised several projects: from product launches to websites with responsive design across international channels.

    Other Projects

    Internet Agency Ranking (BVDW)

    Triplesense Reply took part with other German companies under the Reply Group in the Internet Agency Ranking of BVDW. The result: 13th place. The digital experience specialists within the Reply network landed in the top 20 for the first time.


    Webmonday Frankfurt: Mayen Escusa gave an often quoted lecture about "Eastern versus Western web design". (first lecture in video – in English).

    Our gender commerce experts Astrid Wunsch and Silke Berz gave numerous lectures about gender commerce, e.g. at Reply Xchange, conferences Gender-UseIT and Meet Magento.

    Magento meeting Rhine-Main at Triplesense Reply: In July, developers and ecommerce specialists discussed Magento questions and trends at our place on Hanauer Landstraße.

    Engage young talent: We organized a Boys' Day for the first time. We offered insights into our digital life. 3 students successfully created a prototype of their class homepage.

    Donation for the Frankfurt Garden: With our donation, we supported the urban gardening project.

    Running as a team: Together with our Reply colleagues, thirty of us competed in the JP Morgan Chase Run in 2014. Last year, Triplesense Reply colleagues successfully completed a half marathon in 2014.

    New Direction of the Technical Team

    The new management duo for the technology team: Oliver Roth, 43, and Daniel Fitzpatrick, 44, lead the 28-member technology department of Triplesense Reply.


    We were present in the marketing press with statements, news and numerous specialist articles. Topics cover a wide spectrum: several articles about gender/female commerce, crowd sourcing, user experience topics like customer journey and trends in online marketing. We are proud about our interview with FAZ.
