    Who we are. Our History.

    Since 1999 we have been working as a digital full service agency in Frankfurt and developing solutions for complex tasks of the digital world.

    Time travel – from 1999 to today

    2015: Annual Multimedia Award - Gold

    We are delighted by the accolade: At the "Annual Multimedia Award 2016", we won gold with our international storytelling platform URBAN HUB for our client ThyssenKrupp Elevator. Digital pioneers: We climbed to 12th place of the BVDW internet agency ranking, along with the "Reply - Digital Experience". Furthermore, our motto 'Humanizing Digital' is in the spotlight for several presentations and client projects.

    Selected Clients and Projects for 2015

    ThyssenKrupp Elevator: distinguished

    In order to promote sustainable concepts for 'smart cities', ThyssenKrupp Elevator conceived and developed the international platform 'URBAN HUB' in cooperation with us. This top award is given only to "pioneering projects" according to the jury. A new form of communication: ThyssenKrupp was able to establish URBAN HUB as an autonomous brand and position itself as an opinion leader for urban concepts of the future.

    Fresenius Medical Care

    For our new client Fresenius Medical Care, we implemented a global storytelling platform around the topic of dialysis. The new platform centres on personal empirical reports from dialysis patients and physicians who describe their experiences with dialysis in Europe, North America, Africa and Australia.

    Clients, new and old

    In 2015, we are still operating intensively for our clients, e.g. eprimo, Dr. Beckmann, Paul Mitchell and Tele Columbus. We are happy to announce our new clients:  Smyths Toys, the energy provider Techem and the international consulting company Campana & Schott.


    For our long-term client Vorwerk, we realized over 100 small to large projects, For example, the responsive relaunch of product websites for the brand Kobold vacuum cleaner with TYPO3 and Magento serving as the basis. Plus, optimizations to increase the conversion rate as well as seasonal campaigns and competitions.

    Internet Agency Ranking (BVDW)

    The digital experience specialists within the Reply network, the Reply – Digital Experience, are ranked number 12 in the Internet Agency Ranking of BVDW. Additionally, we've placed in the subrankings 'ecommerce' and 'services / information / platforms'.

    Together with the specialists from the Reply network, we presented the latest cross-sector developments and IT technologies at dmexco: with Store Corner, Design Thinking Corner and Work Lab "Humanizing Digital Experience".

    Humanizing Digital

    People and their needs must be the focal point to ensure successful relationships between companies, products and customers. Julia Saswito and Astrid Wunsch held several talks on "Humanizing Digital", e.g. at Reply Xchange, at Techettes Talk and at customer sites. At the dmexco Work Lab, the participants familiarized themselves with the humanizing factor. To Press Clippings (in German): new business, Internet World Business and absatzwirtschaft.


    We are really pleased about numerous statements and byliners – especially in the digital and marketing press. The spectrum of topics covered a wide spectrum: articles about Humanizing Digital, gender/female commerce, target group women, drones in use; user experience topics like customer journey tracking and trends 2016. We worked on the BVDW thesis paper about the future of wearables. And, we are proud about the positive feedback we received from our work lab 'Humanizing Digital' participants at dmexco.
