      Introducing our long-standing customers.

    Our Expertise for your Success

Motivation, knowledge, creativity and team spirit are the virtues of our employees for successful projects.

    Methodical Project Management

For optimal results and your business success, we constantly optimize our process and proceed using our own field-tested Triplesense Reply methods for all projects. Together with you, we maintain the specified project objectives and ensure the best quality, delivery and cost on a regular basis.

The Triplesense Reply method – our project management in 11 steps:

    1. Analysis

We analyze the conditions of the project.

Before we begin planning, we work with you to analyze the requirements and conditions such as the audience, the market environment, the system requirement and existing applications while taking the predefined corporate design into account.

We examine your current website and your competitors' website underneath a microscope through the use of usability tests and desk research. Our consultants adapt the business model of your company and determine how we can support your business process. Afterwards, we come up with the right solution to further develop your business by conducting workshops, discussing the goals and accessing the opportunities/critical factors for success.

Even in the analysis phase, we already place great emphasis on efficiency. Therefore, we use our internal study and archives of our knowledge bank based past experience from previous projects.

    Project Analysis

    2. Strategy and General Concept

We create the basis for a concrete plan.

With the general concept, we create the basis for subsequent project steps. In a Kick-Off Workshop, we clarify questions about the briefing and the framework of the project together with you. In addition, we adapt our knowledge and our current understanding of the project and determine all the responsibilities.

Based on that, we develop the general concept:

    • Drafts of the user persona, the user scenario and the deduction of requirements
    • Content concept
    • Graphic concept
    • Technical requirement analysis
    • Coordination of the technical requirement analysis

We will discuss the results with our client.

    3. Fine Concept

    We create the production handbook.

Now, we create the fine concept: After the approval of the client, it is the mandatory and comprehensive handbook for the realization phase.

    The fine concept consists of:

    • Detailed information architecture, navigation, interaction and content concept
    • Graphic fine concept of all relevant page templates
    • Template concept

    4. Technical Concept

We determine how the application will be technically realized.

The technical concept is the foundation for the eventual technical development.

From the general concept, we define the technical specifications and determine how the function and process of the application should be technically realized. The technical concept consists of comprehensive architecture and defines each software component and their interfaces. This encompasses the data modeling and potentially necessary data migration. In addition, you will determine which aspects for the deployment and operation are useful.

    5. Prototyping

We test navigation, page types, and monitor display.

With the frontend prototype, our clients can navigate through the most important page types and current state of the application. This allows for the basic aspects of usability of the application and the user interface – the behavior of the navigation and links, the legibility, the orientation and the emphasis of the content as well as the behavior of the pages’ structure in varying screen sizes – to be tested and optimized further.

We create the prototype already at the beginning of the fine concept. Then, we use it to check the intermediate results of the concept and design which will be settled with our clients.

    6. Technical Realization

    We program and implement it.

The implementation phase is divided into individual work packages. The system setup includes the creation of the project as a separate entity with suitable and relevant tools to support the development and deployment.

We implement the remaining page layouts in front-end programming, using the already created HTML prototypes for the design of the program code.

The implementation encompasses the programming of everything in technical specification, the described software components including the interface and technical realization of defined technical processes. The implementation will be accompanied by quality assurance measures. Afterwards, we hand the project over for testing by the examination team.

    7. Content and Content Entry

    We create your content.

As a full service agency, we also support our clients in creating and publishing content. Professional copywriters bring their messages to the point. And, when you deliver us copy, we optimize it while taking your corporate tone naturally into account. Furthermore, we also ensure that the copy text is also optimized for search engines and formulate, for example, the approved content in the content management system for you.

    8. Testing and Quality Assurance

We consider technology, function and content.

In the test phase, we review the technical aspects and content of the application. We conduct a function test ourselves on an approval system and check test cases that were defined in the concept phase. They are also defined as approval tests. We fix detected errors directly.

Before the new internet application finally goes online, our clients conclusively test it.

    9. Deployment

We bring your web project live.

After the approval from our client, we install the application on the live system. Here we use, if possible, an automated deployment scripts to minimize manual intervention prone to error. We, then, test the system one last time by running through the same test scenarios as in the phase before the launch. After the final client approval, the application goes live.

    10. Documentation and Training

    We turn employees into editors.

To allow you to keep track of all the steps and keep the project transparent to you, we document the various stages for you:

    • Concept Phase: Graphic and content, general and fine concept, technical requirement analysis, technical specification and test cases.
    • Implementation Phase: Technical documentation, program documentation, automated interface/package/class/method/function documentation, operation documentation, CMS training records.
    • Phases Overall: Logs for all workshops and meetings, logs for all error reports, changes and additional requests.

We want you to be able to maintain and update your application independent of us. That is why we create the content management system and train your employees.

    11. Maintenance and Support

We also support you after the launch.

Even after the launch, we support you. Checking your system and goals regularly is a part of project management.

For many clients, we undertake the ongoing monthly maintenance of their projects. This includes editorial maintenance, adjustments or technical improvements.

Furthermore, Triplesense Reply offers hosting solutions together with specialized partner companies.
