Technical Account Manager (f/m/d)
We are looking for a dedicated technical account manager with at least 3 to 5 years of agency experience. Your focus will be on technical project management of web-based projects, as well as external and internal consulting on technical issues. You enjoy the precise planning and execution of complex projects and you keep track of things even under deadline pressure. You are the interface between customer, development and creation and you don’t let anything or anyone upset you.
Your assignments:
- Development and structuring of requirements, briefings and technical concepts, in close cooperation with the technology team, but also with UX and design
- Tender preparation, team and project planning, project controlling
- Project management and team coordination with an eye for quality, adherence to schedules and budget
- Planning, coordination and implementation of test scenarios and documentation
- Close communication with and proactive and comprehensive advice to the customer, including customer workshops, presentations, meetings
- Communication interface to external service providers
- Cooperation in New Business
Important to us:
- Strong team and communication skills
- Very good technical understanding of web technologies and Responsive Web Design project experience
- Production reliability that always keeps feasibility in mind
- Commitment, initiative, flexibility, motivation and independence
- Analytical and logical approach, organisational strength, very good time management
- Self-confident appearance and experience in dealing with presentations to customers
- Lateral thinking and solution orientation
- Experience with technically demanding projects with a scope > 250 man-days
Requirements:
- Completed university studies in a field relevant to the position
- Very good knowledge of German and English, written and spoken
- Confident use of the programs MS Office, MS Project
Desirable
- Experience in agile project management methods (Scrum, Kanban, …)
- Understanding of hosting scenarios esp. AWS
- Project experience in the connection of interfaces to external third-party systems, e.g. SAP
